Shipping charges for orders placed through buydirectvitamins.com will be calculated using Standard Fed Ex or USPS rates. Internet order shipping charges are calculated by weight and zip code according to Standard Fed Ex rates. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days, depending on availability, back-order status or special requests. Partial orders are not shipped automatically; if an item is back-ordered, the remainder of that order may be held until the full order is ready to be shipped. Buy Direct Vitamins will notify you by phone or e-mail if an order will be delayed more than 3 business days. At that time you will have the option of requesting a partial order shipment, with the remaining items to be shipped separately. Customers will then be responsible for additional shipping costs.
